Excellent customer service! I ordered a specific flower arrangement online from the website, and Will called to let me know that not all flowers shown in the photo were available. He offered to substitute different blooms, assuring a beautiful bouquet. He also informed me that he left the flowers in a safe location as there was no answer when delivered. Upon receiving them, my friend sent me a photo; they looked spectacular and she loved them! I highly recommend Willits Flowers and will use them for future floral needs.
