Excellent customer service! I ordered a specific flower arrangement online from the website, and Will called to let me know that not all flowers shown in the photo were available. He offered to substitute different blooms, assuring a beautiful bouquet. He also informed me that he left the flowers in a safe location as there was no answer when delivered. Upon receiving them, my friend sent me a photo; they looked spectacular and she loved them! I highly recommend Willits Flowers and will use them for future floral needs.

The flowers were beautiful, the floral designer made some substitutions, but the overall look was just as pretty as the photo.

I have been ordering flower bouquets with W/E Flowers-Ukiah Flower Shop for a few years now.
Alway lots of beautiful flowers to choose from. Eye appealing arrangements!
Happy with the prices as well.
Service is always prompt and bouquets always arrive in great shape.
They went above and beyond delivering the gorgeous rose bouquet to my aunt for her 100th birthday! Sent me a video and a picture of my aunt with her flowers! I appreciate that! I have not seen my aunt for a while so am VERY happy to get a picture of her!

These flowers were delivered ontime, looked beautiful and the florist even sent me a picture of the recipient with her flower arrangement. This was awesome as I never know if the flowers delivered look like what I ordered!
